Born in 1965 in Gaziantep, Ahmet Fikret Kileci completed his high school education at Gaziantep Anatolian High School and his undergraduate education at Uludağ University, Department of Economics.

KİLECİ, who is fluent in English, first started exporting in 1988. He continues his business life as the founder and chairman of the board of directors of different companies operating in textile, apparel, packaging, recycling, organic food, technology, railway and container transport. He is currently the founder and manager of Kileci Tekstil Gıda Ambalaj San. ve Tic. Ltd. as well as Simfleks Tekstil ve Ambalaj San. Tic. A.Ş., Ornes Gıda Paz. ve Tic. A.Ş., Eko FNS Recycling Energy and Technologies San. Tic. A.Ş., Ecosu Tech Çevre ve Su Teknolojileri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Ata Rail A.Ş. and Gaziport A.Ş. Kileci plays football, volleyball and tennis and he has many awards as a motor drag racer and still continues to ski and ride motorbikes.

KİLECİ is married and has two children.
